# WTC De Herk

> WTC De Herk (Wielertoeristische Club De Herk) is a mixed cycling club for men and women, founded in August 2004 in Herk-de-Stad, Belgium.

## About

WTC De Herk organises recreational road cycling rides every Wednesday afternoon and Sunday morning from March through September. Rides are 40–70 km, with occasional day trips of around 100 km. The club rides at a moderate pace in two groups: Group 1 (22–26 km/h) and Group 2 (20–22 km/h).

The departure point is Hasseltsestraat 2, 3540 Herk-de-Stad (at bakkerij Brems). Rest stops are held at Café De Piano, Hasseltsestraat 5.

## Membership

- Annual insurance fee: €40 via Vlaamse Wielrijdersbond (VWB)
- Open to all adults (men and women)
- No racing licence required
